“SANYO HDTVs are Energy Star V3.0 and CEE Qualified for Energy Efficiency!”
November 21, 2008
SANYO, an Energy Star partner, is now on the Consortium for Energy Efficiency Qualifying Product Listing of High Efficiency TVs.
A longstanding Energy Star partner, SANYO recently renewed it’s partnership agreement, submitted its 2008 product line up and been qualified compliant with Version 3.0 for both standby and on mode power consumption. See the complete listing of qualifying SANYO TVs at www.energystar.gov.
In addition, the CEE (Consortium for Energy Efficiency) began its listing of SANYO TVs this month for High Efficiency TVs. While the majority of SANYO TVs qualify under CEE’s Tier 1, the 19” DP19648 LCD HDTV on mode power consumption of 46 watts (less than a 60 watt light bulb) meets the even higher energy efficiency of CEE’s Tier 2.
