If the product you are looking for is not listed on the SANYO store site, then the product is either out of stock, unavailable for purchase on-line, or not sold through SANYO.

If you’ve successfully placed an order on the SANYO Store site you will see an order number on an order confirmation screen. You will also receive an email that gives you your order details. If you do not receive an order number but get an error message instead, try the following:
- Check your billing address to make sure the information was typed in correctly. SANYO runs an address verification check on each customers billing address. If the billing address you’ve entered does not match the billing address on file with your bank, your order will not be processed.
- If your billing address is a PO Box, try typing in the numbers first before PO Box. The address verification system checks the numerical portion of your billing address. If there are periods or dashes appearing before the numerical portion of your address, the check may not be able to read the numbers. This sometimes causes the address verification check to fail.
- Double check that you’ve correctly entered in your cards expiration date and card security codes. If these do not match what’s on file with your bank the order will not be processed.
- If all of the above fails, contact customer service for assistance. We will be able to investigate your transaction and help you with your order.
