Return Policy

SANYO Store Satisfaction and Return Policy

You may return Products purchased directly from SANYO after obtaining a SANYO Return Authorization number (MRA) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by SANYO for a refund of the purchase price actually paid. The MRA number may be obtained from SANYO Store Customer Support at 1-888-754-9500, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Products container. To be eligible for a refund of a Product, you must return it freight prepaid, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. MRAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. You assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to SANYO. SANYO will replace the returned Product with a new replacement unit. No replacement unit will be shipped until after the returned product is received and inspected by SANYO. If you return a Product to SANYO (1) without a MRA from SANYO, (2) beyond the 30 day period, (3) without proper packaging, or (4) without all parts and accessories, SANYO retains the right to either refuse delivery of the returned Product or charge you a restocking fee.

Return Policy for Refurbished Products

Refurbished Products purchased from SANYO may not be returned. ALL SALES OF REFURBISHED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.

Return Policy for Massage Chairs Delivered by a White Glove Service

In the event you wish to return a SANYO Massage Chair delivered to you via the White Glove Delivery Service for any reason, the following applies: notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Paragraph 10, you will be refunded the purchase price actually paid, minus a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price actually paid. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the SANYO Massage Chair back to our warehouse. All massage chairs must be returned via White Glove Delivery Service arranged by SANYO to help prevent shipping damage. Please contact us toll-free at 1-888-754-9500 in order to obtain a Return Authorization and to arrange shipping via the White Glove Delivery Service.

SANYO Massage Chairs

SANYO Massage Chairs will be delivered via a White Glove Delivery service. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. If a shipment is refused upon delivery or an order is cancelled, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price actually paid, plus the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. In the event service or repair is required within the warranty period, please contact SANYO North America Corporation at 1-800-421-5013. Refer to the instruction manual included with the massage chair for product warranty details.

Return Policy

SMC policy allows for products purchased directly from SMC to be returned by Customer after obtaining a SMC Return Authorization number (RA) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by SMC for a refund of purchase price actually paid. The RA number may be obtained from SMC Sales Customer Support "returns@SANYOtv.com" or 1-800-877-5036 (7:30am - 4:00pm, M-F), and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. All returned products must be sent back with freight prepaid, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. Customer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to SMC. SMC will replace the returned product with a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customers preference. Neither replacement nor refund will be initiated until after the returned product is received and inspected by SMC. If Customer returns product to SMC (1) without a RA from SMC or (2) beyond the 30 day period, (3) without proper packaging, or (4) without all parts and accessories, SMC retains the right to either refuse delivery of the returned product or charge Customer a restocking fee.
