Shipping and Tax Information

Shipping, Handling and Delivery

Products/Refurbished Products will only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. (48 mainland states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other territories). Product/Refurbished Product prices do not include shipping and handling (except Massage Chairs and Exercise equipment). You must pay separately for all shipping and handling charges. We will normally use UPS shipping. However, in our sole discretion we may select and use an alternative reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 weeks subject to Product/Refurbished Product/Refurbished Product availability. You may select expedited delivery at additional cost. You must provide a delivery address.

SANYO Store will ship to virtually any address within the U.S. However, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

To estimate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering, the time and date as to when the order is placed, as well as the shipping option you select. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. For more detailed information regarding the different shipping methods offered, please see below.

Multiple Shipments on the Same Order. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, SANYO may ship items from different warehouses. However, by doing so, this does not increase the cost to you.

Shipping Methods

You may choose from the following shipping methods offered on our site. Please note that some products offered on our site may be restricted to a specific shipping method. For example, SANYO Massage Chairs and Exercise equipment must be shipped via the White Glove Delivery Service and cannot be shipped by any other method offered on the site. Any special restrictions will be noted on the products description page. SANYO Manufacturing Corporation (Remote Controls) will normally ship within 3-5 days (processing 1-2 business days and 3-5 days shipping) and charges $9.05 (US) per Remote shipped.

Massage Chair and Exercise equipment White Glove Delivery

The white glove delivery service consists of a two-person delivery team who will place the chair in the purchasers room of choice, unpack it, plug it in, perform any necessary minor assembly and remove packaging material (unless otherwise instructed by the purchaser.) You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date and time.

Free Shipping

The Shipping is on us! Free shipping is available with your purchase of select products where designated. On SANYO store orders that combine free-ship and non-free-ship items, orders will ship via the method you choose for the non-free-ship item(s) on your entire order. SANYO Store ships items within the 48 Continental United States only. SANYO will not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes

Prices do not include any sales, excise, local, city, state or other similar taxes, and such taxes may be added for shipments to some locations. You are responsible for and agree to pay all such applicable taxes.

Title: Risk of Loss or Damage

Title to Product(s) other than software, passes from us to you upon shipment from SANYO’s facility. You assume all risk of loss or damage to all Products while in transit. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Title to any applicable software will remain with the licensor(s).
